We are approaching 30 years of Una Pizza Napoletana in 2026. It’s hard for me to believe how fast the time has gone since those early days back in New Jersey in 1996 when it all started. I was 23 years old when I opened and it’s craziest thing…I still look exactly the same! Well, maybe that’s not true, but what is true is how thankful I am for all the love I’ve received over the years.
