This year marks 30 years of Una Pizza Napoletana. It’s hard for me to believe how fast the time has gone since those early days back in New Jersey in 1996 when it all started. I was 25 years old when I opened and the craziest thing is…I still look exactly the same! Well, maybe that’s not true, but what is true is how thankful I am for all the love and support we’ve received over the years.
