Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from 100% Sessana olives grown and pressed in Campania, Italy


We use this small-batch, extra-virgin olive oil on every pizza and dish at Una Pizza Napoletana. Cold pressed in the town of Sessa Aurunca from 100% indigenous Sessana olives, our EVOO is light and complex with hints of artichoke and almonds. The oil has a very high smoke point, making it versatile for cooking and finishing. Those cute faces on the bottles belong to Anthony, Apollonia (his daughter), and Christina (his love).
