We use this small-batch, extra-virgin olive oil on every pizza and dish at Una Pizza Napoletana. Cold pressed in the town of Sessa Aurunca from 100% indigenous Sessana olives, our EVOO is light and complex with hints of artichoke and almonds. The oil has a very high smoke point, making it versatile for cooking and finishing.
