This Semplice panettone is a seasonal sourdough collaboration with Infermentum, our friends in Verona, Italy. The dough is naturally leavened and is traditionally flavored with lemon, orange and vanilla. Acacia honey and white chocolate are also added to the dough, but no pieces of chocolate or other additions. Therefore, the focus is entirely on the light and wild, naturally leavened dough. This panettone is a labor of love; every detail has been considered to create an artisanal product to celebrate the season the best way we know how.
