We’re open Thursday–Saturday, and because our dough is made by hand in limited quantities, reservations often fill within seconds of opening. Reservations become available two weeks in advance at 9:00 am ET. If you see “no availability,” it simply means the date has already booked. We recommend setting a reminder and using OpenTable’s Notify Me feature for cancellations.
