FAQ
LOCATION
175 ORCHARD STREET, NEW YORK, NY 10002
HOURS
We are open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 5 pm, with our last reservation at 9:15 pm. Periodically we may be closed for a private event, in which case we will make an announcement on Instagram and our website.
PARTY SIZE
The largest party size for dinner is 4 guests. Contacts us for more details about private events.
RESERVATIONS
Due to the volume of inquiries, we are unable to accept reservations via email or by phone. Our reservations open up on Resy two weeks in advance at 9 am EST. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend that you set a reminder to book on the morning it becomes available.
If you are unable to get the reservation you’d like, Resy has a “notify” option where you can select a time frame to be notified if anyone cancels and a table becomes available.
WALK-INS
All of our dough is made each morning by our owner, Anthony Mangieri. To accommodate as many guests as possible, we reserve one pizza per person for reservations. Though we always save a limited amount of dough and space for walk-ins, we often have a line forming by 4:30 pm and depending on the size of the line, we often sell out of dough soon after we open before we can accommodate everyone on line. If you don’t have a reservation and would like to try to dine with us as a walk-in, we recommend that you come early, as we cannot guarantee that there will be availability. Once we run out of the dough reserved for walk-ins, we start a waitlist. Throughout the evening, if there are any cancellations or no-shows, we will text guests on the waitlist, followed by those on the Resy notify list.
PRIVATE EVENTS
If you are interested in hosting a group at Una, we accommodate full restaurant buyouts seven days a week for up to 150 guests. Learn more and reach out on our Events page.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We don’t serve any gluten free pizza. We use 100% Italian flours and our dough is naturally leavened without any commercial yeast.
Our Marinara pizza is vegan, as are our marinated olives, roasted peppers, lupini beans, and sorbetto.
