Our purpose at Una is to inspire people through the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do. Over our 30 years in business, Anthony has made all the dough we serve and we are not open unless he is there to give all of himself to our guests. We are grateful for the support that allows us to continue to operate in our very specific, intentional way after all these years. Why is UNA now reservation-only?
To give guests a more reliable experience and reduce nightly disappointment from walk-in sell-outs, we’ve moved to reservation-only service. We make a limited number of dough balls each day by hand, and reservations help ensure you get the pizza you came for. Reservations open two weeks in advance at 9:00 AM ET on OpenTable. They can fill quickly, so we recommend using the “Notify Me” feature to snag openings from cancellations. You’re always welcome to stop by for drinks or small bites if you don’t have a dinner reservation. Learn more here.

HOURS
We are open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 5 pm, with our last reservation at 9:45 pm. Periodically we may be closed for a private event, in which case we will make an announcement on Instagram and our website.
PARTY SIZE
The largest party size for dinner is four guests. Unfortunately we don’t have any private rooms, so the only option for groups is a full restaurant buyout. Contact us for more details about private events.
RESERVATIONS
Due to the volume of inquiries, we are unable to accept reservations via email or by phone. Reservations open two weeks in advance at 9:00 AM ET on OpenTable. They can fill quickly, so we recommend using the “Notify Me” feature to snag openings from cancellations. You’re always welcome to stop by for drinks or small bites if you don’t have a dinner reservation. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend that you set a reminder to book on the morning it becomes available.
DOUGH POLICY
All of our dough is made each morning by our chef and owner Anthony Mangieri. To accommodate as many guests as possible, we reserve one pizza for each guest who is present for their reservation.
PRIVATE EVENTS
If you are interested in hosting a group at Una, we accommodate full restaurant buyouts seven days a week for up to 120 guests. Learn more and reach out on our Events page.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We don’t serve any gluten free pizza. We use 100% Italian flours and our dough is naturally leavened without any commercial yeast.
Our Marinara pizza is vegan, as are several of our starters and desserts.
