WINE

Campania

Since we opened in 1996, Campania has been our go-to for refreshing, slightly salty whites and dark, robust reds. Many of our favorites are organic or biodynamic.

Sparkling Red – Della Penisola Sorrentina ‘Turbo’ Gragnano

Fresh, lively, fruity. An organic sparkler made from ancient Neapolitan grapes – Piedirosso, Sciascinoso, Suppezza, Aglianico, and Castagnara.

16 / 66

Crisp and Salty White – Poggio Delle Baccanti Fiano

Organic grapes from volcanic soils north of Naples in Sant’Antonio Abate. Notes of citrus and smoke, like a great, unfiltered Chablis.

15 / 62

Natural Red – Costa D’Amalfi Tramonti 2020

Hand-harvested. Skin-on maceration, then four months in stainless tanks, 20 months in oak barrels. Red fruits and spices. Combination of acidity, tannins, and softness. Full & balanced.

17 / 70

If you enjoy Sauvignon Blanc – Fontanavecchia Falanghina Del Sannio

One of Italy’s best examples of Falanghina. Crisp, clean, and medium-bodied. Think yellow apple and nectarine, honeysuckle and Meyer lemon.

16 / 66

Natural White – Apicella Costa D’Amalfi Tramonti Bianco

20 to 30 days of skin-contact add notes of tropical fruits, flowers, and honey to this bright wine from the Amalfi Coast.

17 / 70

Don Giovanni – Scuola di Vino Aglianico

A rustic charm yet a freshness with notes of cherry,  warm spices, and vibrant acidity. Light bodied, balanced, and organic.

18 / 74

Not Your Everyday Rosé – Cantina Giardino Volpe Rosa

100% Coda di Volpe. This pale-pink, amphora-aged rosé is floral and tart with a savory finish.

22 / 90

(Subtly) Orange – Cantina Giardino ‘Paski’ 2021

The local Coda di Volpe grape sees a short period of skin-contact, resulting in a hazy wine that’s equal parts floral, tropical, and smoky.

19 / 78

Monte Di Grazia Rosso 2018

Vines ranging from 50 to 100 years old grown on the slopes of Tramonti. Notes of plum and cherry fruit with a subtle pepper and juniper finish.

90 bottle only

Montevetrano 2021

Rare blending of Cabernet, merlot & the classic Campania grape Aglianico. Deep ruby red. Blackberry & spices. Notes of licorice, earth, and leather. Full-bodied with a silky texture.

190 bottle only

Della Societa Joaquin – Taurasi Riserva 2014

24 months in oak and acacia wood casks. Savory & classic. Intense red color. Red fruits, sweet spice & tobacco. Full-bodied taste.

395 bottle only

Parli Francese?

Little known fact: Italy is the world’s top consumer of Champagne. Why? Well, not only is Champagne the world’s best sparkling wine, but it also pairs perfectly with Italian olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, and cheese. The same can be said of the delicate reds and structured whites of Burgundy, making them ideal pairings with pizza. So, here’s our stash. These are some of France’s finest wines.

CHAMPAGNE

In Champagne, you have the old-school blue-chips, as well as a rapidly growing contingent of smaller, farmer-owned estates. The best of both camps are represented here.
