Like the dough at Una, our panettone is slowly fermented and naturally leavened. We’ve added dark chocolate, sea salt, and fresh lemon preserved only with water and sugar (following an ancient French method). Every detail has been considered to create this truly artisanal product, handmade with love. Made in Verona, Italy exclusively for us.
